Kristin M. Cochran - Staff Accountant
Staff Accountant/QBO champion/Animal Lover/Optimistic Detroit Lions Fan
Kristin joined our team in 2016 with intense enthusiasm for QuickBooks Online, bank reconciliations and chocolate. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University in 2001 and then went on to serve in the United States Air Force from 2002 to 2007.
Her experience developing and managing business plans and special interest projects during her time in the military cultivated her interest in financial accounting. Upon her discharge, she worked as a business manager for a small group of family-owned businesses. Today, Kristin serves Dawes & Pugh by performing a variety of accounting services to include QuickBooks Online consulting, bookkeeping, payroll and tax preparation as well as providing inspiration and morale therapy to co-workers through personal real-life stories of “what not to do” and “here comes the Karma fairy”.
Outside of the office, Kristin enjoys spending a little time with her husband, Mike, but most of her time with her fur-kids: two dogs (William Henry Harrison and Marlin Quincy) and two horses (Tess and Tulsa). Ever the optimist, she is a Detroit Lions fan.
